Who we are

This website, xiaochisaascn.org, is operated by ANCHOR SOLUTIONS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, which operates the XiaoChi brand ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services:

• Contact enquiries. When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, the role you are hiring for, and your message.
• Candidate assessment materials. When a candidate is assessed on behalf of one of our clients, we receive the materials submitted for that assessment. These may include a CV, language test results such as an IELTS Test Report Form and its TRF number, degree certificates, professional licences, employment history and references.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not collect information automatically beyond the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider.

How we use information

We use the information we collect only to:

• carry out the assessment our client has commissioned, including verifying submitted documents and test results with their issuing bodies;
• report assessment results to the client who commissioned them; and
• respond to enquiries and communicate with our clients.

Candidate information is handled under strict confidentiality and is not used for any purpose other than the assessment it was submitted for.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties. We share candidate information only with the client who commissioned the assessment and, where verification requires it, with the body that issued a document or test result (for example, through the official IELTS verification service). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

• Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, then deleted.
• Candidate assessment materials are kept for the duration of the client engagement and deleted within 12 months after the assessment is completed, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We restrict access to candidate and client information to the people who need it to perform the assessment, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Candidates may also contact the recruiter or employer they are working with. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
